1. Who runs BrandsOnMe

BrandsOnMe is operated by Connektik, 21, rue Charles Rausch, L-7247 Helmsange, Luxembourg. Contact us through Contact / Help. Our full company identification and direct contact details appear in the Terms.

Sponsors purchase an advertising service from Connektik. Creators provide the agreed campaign service to Connektik. We do not sell clothing or arrange printing, shipping, travel, or event admission. Creators arrange and pay for their clothing and printing.

2. Who can take part

Creators must be at least 18, provide accurate identity and tax information, confirm their email, accept the Creator Terms, and have an eligible Stripe payout account. Creators can prepare a campaign during setup and publish it themselves when setup and the campaign details are complete.

Sponsors must act for a business or organization and be authorised to make the purchase. A business account or VAT number alone does not establish that every purchase is a business transaction. Do not use this service to make a private consumer purchase under the current offering.

International access depends on the country, the event, payment and payout availability, and applicable restrictions. A website being accessible in your country does not guarantee that we can accept your campaign or payment.

3. What our checks mean

Creator tax details and sponsor business details are accepted as provided, without routine approval. Complete campaigns can be published by their creators. Brands and artwork are available without manual approval once their details and file checks are complete. We review delivery evidence and may investigate brands, artwork, or other content following reports or suspicious activity. File checks and completeness checks remain in place. We may request corrections or further information, pause a campaign, or restrict an account when a concern requires investigation.

A verification badge describes a particular check. It is not a guarantee of a person's conduct, product quality, audience size, sales results, or event access. Paying for a placement does not prove that the event service has been delivered.

4. Advertising and content standards

Campaigns, logos, links, and posts must be lawful where the advertising appears and must respect event rules and other people's rights. Paid advertising must be identifiable as advertising; required disclosures must be clear in the relevant language and comply with the rules of the social platform used.

Our platform rules prohibit the following categories even where a particular jurisdiction might allow them. These are platform restrictions, not a claim that every listed category is illegal everywhere.

  • Political advertising and political campaigning.
  • Gambling, adult sexual content, weapons, illegal products, counterfeit goods, and content encouraging unlawful conduct.
  • Hate, extremist promotion, harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, and deceptive financial promotions.
  • Misleading claims, fabricated attendance or evidence, impersonation, malware, and attempts to manipulate sponsorship prices or refund flows.
  • Unauthorised use of trademarks, copyrighted material, private information, or identifiable people's images.

5. Safe preparation and verified delivery

Creators must check event advertising permission, obtain necessary access and permissions, and arrange appropriate clothing and printing. Start final printing only after sponsorship closes and the confirmed artwork is available.

Delivery normally involves photographs of the printed clothing, event check-ins, and the photos, videos, or posts promised in the campaign. Follow the dates and instructions shown for that campaign. Do not fabricate evidence or reuse unrelated material.

Evidence must respect bystanders' privacy and image rights. Avoid identifiable children and unnecessary personal information. Do not film or check in while driving, enter restricted areas, or put yourself or others at risk. Browser location sharing is optional; declining it does not by itself establish non-delivery.

Identity documents and tax information must not be placed in public campaigns or ordinary support uploads. Use only a verification channel expressly provided for that purpose.

6. Payments and delivery concerns

A sponsor displaced by a successful takeover receives a full refund of that sponsorship payment, including VAT charged. A confirmed cancellation or a delivery claim resolved in the sponsor's favour results in a full refund for the affected sponsorship. See the Refund policy for the conditions.

Creator payments depend on verified delivery, the sponsor review window, approved billing documents, and payout eligibility. Relevant unresolved disputes or compliance issues can delay payment while they are reviewed. Payment processing is not described as an escrow service.

7. Report a problem or challenge a decision

Use Contact / Help to report suspected illegal content, infringement, fraud, harassment, a security concern, or a problem with a campaign. Include the exact campaign or content link, what you believe is wrong, relevant evidence, and a contact address for a response. For an illegal-content notice, explain why you consider the content unlawful and confirm that your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

We assess reports and may request clarification, restrict content, pause a campaign, or restrict an account where justified. Our response should identify the relevant rule and reasons, subject to legal restrictions and legitimate security needs. Decisions affecting money are also governed by the Terms and Refund policy.

If you disagree, request reconsideration through Contact / Help and include the decision reference and your explanation. Review, regulatory, dispute-resolution, and court rights available under applicable law remain available. Any additional rights required by the Digital Services Act apply where the relevant provisions cover the service.

For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. The help form is not an emergency service.
